NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY WITH SOUTH GEORGIA HERITAGE TRUST!

South Georgia Heritage Trust have a vacancy for the new role of SGHT Director, South Georgia.

The new Director will be responsible for overseeing all SGHT operations and staff on South Georgia. The position will be full-time from October to March based at South Georgia Museum, Island of South Georgia and part-time working from home from April to September.

Some of the whaling station managers and senior officials brought their wives to live on South Georgia. These women lived in the relatively better housing available at the stations, but their presence was rare.
